Preparation

Ingredients A:

1. Prepare 2 cups of water and 2 cups of thick coconut milk (500ml each)
2. Prepare 1 tablespoon of Baba's Tumeric Powder (2.5g) and 2 bruised lemongrass (30g)

Ingredients B:

1. Prepare 2 cloves garlic (9g) and 1 onion (60g)
2. Prepare 1 red chili (13g) and 6 bird eye chili (10g)

Ingredients C:

1. Prepare cup prawns (300g), dried tamarind slice (3g) and brinjal (100g)
2. Prepare 1 teaspoon of salt and sugar (6g)

Cooking Method (Prawn in Spicy Coconut Gravy):

1. Add Ingredients A in the sequence listed into a pot and stir well
2. Add in blended Ingredients B and stir well and boil for 5 minutes
3. Add Ingredients C and cook for 7 minutes till prawns are done
